CARE INSTRUCTIONS

DECORATED SUGAR COOKIES COUNTER STORAGE Decorated sugar cookies will stay fresh up to 3-4 weeks if left in the sealed cello bags on the counter at room-temp, however they will become less soft during this time. FREEZER STORAGE Decorated sugar cookies can be frozen for up to 6 months. (I have heard from others that they will last up to a year in the freezer, but I personally have not tested past 6 months. After being frozen for 6 months, my cookies were still soft and fresh and looked & tasted amazing.) TO FREEZE YOUR COOKIES: Place them directly in the freezer in the window-top box or place the individually wrapped cookies in a plastic container and place that in the freezer. TO THAW YOUR COOKIES: Take the entire container out of the freezer and leave it on the counter for at least 3-4 hours before removing the cookies. **IMPORTANT FREEZING TIPS** It is important to allow the decorated cookies to come to room temp before opening the container. If you remove the cookies from the container before they are completely thawed, the temperature difference can cause condensation inside the packages and could result in color bleeding on the icing. If you need to thaw individual cookies as needed, I recommend freezing them individually in separate small freezer bags or small containers. You can place these together in a larger container, and then just remove each small bag/container from the freezer as needed, and place that on the counter to thaw at room temperature, before removing the individual cookie.
COUNTER STORAGE Cookie cakes will stay fresh for up to 1 week if sealed in an airtight container at room temperature. FREEZER STORAGE Cookie cakes can be stored up to 2 months in an airtight container in the freezer. Thaw at room temperature for 2 hours.
MINI CHEESECAKES MUST BE KEPT REFRIGERATED OR FROZEN!! REFRIGERATOR STORAGE While we wish we had better news, if you accidentally went to bed and left your cheesecake on the counter, it's best to not risk illness by consuming it. When you have cheesecake that's already baked and chilled, the absolute max time you could let it sit out to avoid the USDA's "danger zone" is two hours. Save yourself the stress of wasting it by putting it in the fridge as soon as everyone's grabbed a bite! Mini cheesecakes can be stored in the fridge up to 5 days. FREEZER STORAGE Mini cheesecakes can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before serving.
FRAGILE Cocoa bombs are fragile and will easily melt in direct sunlight or heat. When transporting in the car, place cocoa bombs away from floor heaters and out of the sunlight coming through windows. DO NOT leave them in the car!! COUNTER STORAGE The recommended temp to store cocoa bombs is between 60 and 70 degrees F. Cocoa bombs filled with hot cocoa mix and marshmallows will stay fresh if stored at room temperature for up to 2-3 months. No need to refrigerate!
