CANCELLATIONS: Upon booking, a $25 or 25% retainer (whichever is greater) is paid to reserve your date. Once a date is reserved, it becomes unavailable for other orders, therefore this retainer is NON-REFUNDABLE in the event of a cancellation. REFUNDS: -Cancellations made prior to 14 days before the originally scheduled pickup date will be issued a 75% refund of the total value of the order. -Cancellations made with less than 14 days remaining until the originally scheduled pickup date will be issued no refund. -In the event that Sweetly Blessed Cookie Shoppe, LLC must initiate cancellation of an order due to issues preventing order fulfillment, a 100% refund will be issued.

Once an order is confirmed and booked, any changes made to cookie designs, quantities or dates are done solely at Sweetly Blessed Cookie Shoppe, LLC's discretion and are subject to a price increase and availability to accommodate the request. In the event I can not accommodate your request, the cancellation & refund policy will apply should you decide to cancel the order.

DECORATED SUGAR COOKIES & COOKIE CAKES: Cookies are fragile and the customer assumes responsibility for any damage after pickup. By accepting your cookies, you acknowledge that your cookies are without damage. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact me promptly at 318-347-8064. Any issues related to decorating or miscounting will be rectified or refunded as appropriate. If you are seeking a refund, it is necessary to return the cookies within 24 hours for assessment of their condition. Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Failure to return the cookies within the specified time frame will result in no further action being taken. CHEESECAKES: Mini Cheesecakes must be kept refrigerated or frozen and the customer assumes responsibility for providing refrigeration within 2 hours of pickup. Cheesecake that's already baked and chilled can only be left unrefrigerated for a maximum of 2 hours to avoid the USDA's "danger zone." Mini cheesecakes can be stored in the fridge up to 5 days or frozen in an airtight container for up to 3 months. COCOA BOMBS: Cocoa bombs are fragile and will easily melt in direct sunlight or heat. Customer assumes responsibility for any damage after pickup. By accepting your cocoa bombs, you acknowledge that your cocoa bombs are without damage. The recommended temp to store cocoa bombs is between 60 and 70 degrees F. When transporting in the car, it is recommended to place cocoa bombs away from floor heaters and out of the sunlight coming through windows. DO NOT leave them in the car!! All cocoa bomb sales are final. No refunds/credits will be issued for broken or melted cocoa bombs.

OPTION 1: 215 MADONNA DRIVE, BENTON **Private Residence** These pickups are handled by my mother at her home in Benton, which is more conveniently located than mine. Pickup times are coordinated & scheduled based on mutual convenience. Pickup time will be provided when placing your order. You will receive an email confirmation of the pickup appointment, as well as a text reminder on the day of pickup. This is a residence! It is not a public storefront, and we ask that you please respect our privacy and safety by honoring your scheduled pickup time. OPTION 2: DOWNTOWN SHREVEPORT (430 FANNIN STREET) **Curbside Pickup** This pickup option is offered by my mother at her workplace. She has agreed to help with pickups during her lunch hour. (11:30am-12:30pm). You MUST text 318-469-0670 about 5 minutes before arriving with your name and type/color car you are in, and she will bring your order out to you. Pull up to the curb directly in front of the building and stay in your car.

While I acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may arise, it is crucial to prioritize adherence to scheduled pickup times. We all have commitments, and timely arrivals are essential. Once a pickup time has been established, it is expected that you arrive within a 30-minute window to ensure availability. Please note that pickups will not be accommodated after 7 pm on any day. Should you need to reschedule your pickup time, please contact me at 318-347-8064 as soon as possible so that we can determine a new pickup time that works for both parties. If you miss your 30-minute pickup window without prior notification, you will receive one courtesy email or text reminder to reschedule. If your pickup has not been rescheduled within 24 hours, and we have not received any communication from you, you will be noted as a NO SHOW and your order will be considered forfeited and will be resold or donated without refund to you.

I do not currently offer shipping or delivery options.

Sweetly Blessed cookies are made in a home kitchen following Louisiana's Cottage Food Laws. Not produced in a licensed or regulated facility. Made in a kitchen containing known food allergens including but not limited to EGGS, WHEAT, DAIRY, and NUTS. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions. I am a Certified ServSafe Food Handler. All equipment and work surfaces are cleaned and sanitized before and after baking and decorating, and I do my best not to cross-contaminate work surfaces or food products. However, if you are concerned about ANY type of allergy, I strongly advise against placing an order. I DO NOT offer Gluten-Free, sugarless, dairy free, egg free or VEGAN products.

As much as I would love to help them all, I have chosen one charity organization that is close to my heart and I am committed to supporting them with donations when needed.
