Your current VIP status is based on your spend activity over the previous calendar year and will update automatically with each purchase. PLEASE NOTE: You must be signed into your account for the automatic discounts to apply! Maximum discount $30.00/order.

To view your current VIP status, sign into your account from the online store. Click the “My Account” icon, then click “Sign in” to receive a link via email. Open the link in the email to sign in. That's it! There's no password to remember and nothing else you need to do! Once you're signed into your account, you will stay signed in unless you use a different browser, a different device, or change your email address.

Can I lose my VIP status?

Once you achieve a new VIP status, you will stay there for the remainder of the current calendar year or until you reach a new tier. At the end of each calendar year, your VIP status for the following year will refresh based on your previous year's spend activity.
